At Pamper Paradise LLC, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Return Period
- You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate this when contacting Customer Service.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and any difference in price for the new item will be charged or refunded accordingly.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
- Include photos and your order details.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Perishable goods (such as pet food once opened)
- Personalized or custom-made products (unless damaged)
- Clearance or final sale items
